Is it secure?
Yes. You see everything we do on screen, and the session closes as soon as we're done.
Do I need to install anything?
No. AnyDesk runs without installation; you give us a one-time ID.
Does it work on Mac?
Yes, Windows and macOS — just pick the right version when downloading.
Email & messaging
Can you migrate my emails without losing anything?
Yes. We migrate the full history (messages, contacts, calendars) to Microsoft 365 or your solution, with no service interruption.
Why do my emails land in spam?
Most often because of misconfigured authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). We audit and fix it at the root.
Network & Wi-Fi
My Wi-Fi doesn't cover the whole place, what can I do?
We size coverage with several professional access points designed together — not a simple repeater.
Do I have to use cabling?
Not always, but cable remains the most reliable for fixed workstations. We combine cable and Wi-Fi to suit your premises.

Are you locked-in over time?
No. We offer one-off interventions as well as packages; you stay in control.
